Joe Pickering
Taranaki
Joe was appointed as the Taranaki Branch Manager in 2021. Prior to that he had been employed by the Auckland and Tauranga Branch’s in a variety of roles and had owned his own roof cleaning and gutter repair business.
Carl Burgoyne
Auckland
Carl joined E&H Roofing in 2019 as a Metal Roofer. He has since completed his Roofing Apprenticeship and is now a Licensed Building Practitioner and an Assistant Branch Manager.

Allan has been maintaining and treating roofs in the Auckland region since 1992 and takes pride in the consistency and quality of our service.
Rebecca Money
Auckland
Rebecca joined our Auckland Branch in 2009 as an Administrator. Since then, she has held several management roles with our Administration, IT, Scaffolding, and Roof Treatment teams before being promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. She is currently our Auckland Branch Manager.
Sean Latimer
Auckland
Sean joined E&H Roofing in 2020 as a Metal Roofer. He has since completed his apprenticeship and is one of our Metal Roofing Supervisors.
Joel Scott

Joel joined our Nelson Branch in 2017 as one of our Metal Roofing and Roof Treatment Operators.
Mike Elmes
Taranaki
Mike, joined the Taranaki Branch in 2017 as our Roof Maintenace Sales Representative and brings extensive sales experience and a passion for Customer Service to the role.
Sam Roberton
Auckland
Sam joined E&H Roofing in 2019 as a Metal Roofer and has since completed his Roofing Apprenticeship.
Christian James
Auckland
Christian joined E&H Roofing in 2020 as a Metal Roofer and has since completed his Roofing Apprenticeship.
Wayne Rangirangi
Auckland
Wayne joined our Auckland Branch in 2015 as part of our Edge Protection team. He is now the Manager of our GoldEdge business, which provides Edge Protection and Scaffolding support to our Operators.

Rotorua
Wayne joined our Auckland Branch in 1999 as a Roof Coater. Since then, he has held various Operator, Sales, Quality Control, H&S, and Management roles within the Company, and he is currently our Rotorua Branch Manager.
Nathan Upfold
Auckland
Nathan joined E&H Roofing in 2022 as an Apprentice and he is now in the second year of his Metal Roofing qualification.
Dean Campbell
Auckland
Dean joined our Auckland Branch in 2013 as part of our Roof Maintenance team. Since then, he has held several roles, and he is currently our Auckland Scoping Manager.
Steven Johnson
Auckland
Steve joined our Auckland Branch as a Concrete Tile Roofer in 2015, and he now Supervisors one of our Metal Roofing teams.
Kirsty Whyte
Auckland
Kirsty joined Edwards & Hardy in 2010. She held several roles within our Company, before being promoted to the position of Kianga Ora Program Manager. She is now the Auckland Operations Manager for our Metal Roofing teams.
Nicola Hollis
Auckland
Nic joined our Auckland Branch in 2018 as an Administrator. Since then, she has held several roles within our Company and is now the Operations Manager for our Roof Cleaning and Concrete teams.
Gary McNamara
Auckland
Gary joined Edwards & Hardy in 2015 as our Auckland Manager and was the Regional Manager for our Auckland, North Shore & Northland Branches before becoming our Marketing Manager. He is also responsible for our Lindab Gutter business.
Kristen Rawlinson

Kristen joined our Auckland Branch in 2017 as an Administrator and she is now our Facilities Management Manager.

Karl joined Edwards & Hardy in 2016 as our National Sales Manager and is based out of our Auckland Branch.
Balram Singh

Balram joined our Auckland Branch in 2019 as our Business Development Manager and is now our Auckland Sales Manager.
Steve Money
Auckland
Steve joined Edwards & Hardy in 2005 as a Metal Roofing Supervisor. Since then, he has held a number of Contract Management roles. He is currently our National Auditor and Scoping Manager, based out of our Auckland Branch.
Paul Woodcock
Christchurch
Paul joined our Christchurch Branch in 1999 as a Roof Treatment Operator. Since then, he has held Coatings Operator and Branch Management roles and is now our Quality & Compliance Supervisor.
Tracey Simmons
Christchurch
Tracey joined our Christchurch Branch in 2001 as an Administrator and is now our Administration Manager.
Andrei Iwanow
Nelson
Andrei joined our Nelson Branch in 2018 as one of our Sales Representatives and has since moved to Wellington, where he is continuing to support us in this role.

Dave joined our Hamilton Branch in 2008 as a Sales Representative. Dave "hit the ground running" and remains one of our top performers.
