RoofGuard® TileSeal Protection
The RoofGuard® TileSeal can be applied to most Clay and Concrete Tile roofs to seal the exterior surface of the tile and slow down the natural weathering process.
This preventive treatment program is designed to work with our RoofGuard® Moss Proofing product to provide comprehensive roof protection. TileSeal helps prevent:
- Accelerated weathering and deterioration
- Costly premature roof replacement
- Loss of tile color and surface integrity
- Structural damage from water retention
- Expensive roof recoating requirements
Our RoofGuard® TileSeal Guarantee
Experienced operators undertake all of our TileSeal work, which comes with an Edwards & Hardy TileSeal Guarantee. Our preventive treatment maintains your roof's durability at around 10% of the cost of a recoated roof.

Our Service Process
From initial inspection to final completion
We will provide you with a quote based on the extent of work needed to be completed.
After you confirm the work to be carried out, we will schedule a time to complete it.
Following the RoofGuard™ Treatment, you will receive a Visual Appraisal Report.
